Masonex Building is a high quality Shopfitter and Registered Builder who has been working in Perth since 1994. Our shop fitouts include national retail stores, supermarkets, boutique stores, kiosks, offices, restaurants and more. Masonex offer a full range of services to the fitout industry including de-fits, re-fits and re-locations. 

Masonex have always presented high standards of workmanship. We take pride in our personal service, on-time completions and always work within our client’s budget. Masonex operates a safe and efficient workplace for all its staff, contractors and clients.

We work alongside our Clients and the Centre Management Team to ensure their expectations for a seamless fit-out are met. We have almost 30 years knowledge and experience in the retail fit-out industry; and recognise each client has individual needs, budgets, and timelines. We are always happy to help in any way we can, and are known to go above and beyond for the benefit of the project.

Maintenance

 Masonex also offer a prompt repairs and maintenance service for all our shopfitting clients. We have a large team of Long Term Sub-contractors who cover all the required trades. No job is too small!

Property Renovations

Masonex also undertake residential renovations for upgrading existing homes. Home renovations are a smaller part of our business, but have become increasingly popular, and are well suited to the range of skills held by our staff and contractors.
